Meet Sonal
Sonal is a licensed acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner serving the greater Houston area. She is passionate about helping people heal naturally through acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. Her approach focuses on identifying underlying imbalances while supporting the body’s innate ability to heal.
Prior to practicing Chinese Medicine, Sonal spent nearly a decade as a respiratory therapist. While she deeply valued her time in conventional medicine, her true turning point came when she faced her own health challenges. Finding profound healing through TCM changed everything, inspiring her to pivot careers and share this holistic path to wellness with others.
This personal breakthrough, combined with her clinical background, gives Sonal a unique, integrative perspective on preventative, whole-person health. Because she has been in the patient’s shoes herself, she takes a deeply compassionate, patient-centered approach—creating a space where people feel truly heard, supported, and understood.
Outside the clinic, Sonal enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, meditating, and experimenting with new recipes. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner with her local community on their wellness journey.
