Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To ensure consistent care and maximize availability for all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any scheduling changes. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, late changes or missed sessions impact on our ability to serve others.
Policy Details:
Advance Changes: No fee for appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance.
Late Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session.
No-Shows & Same-Day Changes: Missed appointments or same-day changes will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled session.
