While we understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise, Renew does not double-book appointments. Late cancellations and missed appointments significantly impact our ability to provide quality care, as each patient is allocated a dedicated time slot for individualized attention.
To be fair to all our patients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled session charge.
Missed appointments (no-shows) or same-day cancellations/rescheduling will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled session fee.
